- We recently received an email from the US consulate in Vienna that they now can issue my visa. We are dropping off Simeon's passport at the post office and sending it to them for the final step. How long will it take??

I'm in America and seeing this small town, I'm jealous. There is nothing that I've seen in all my years that is as beautiful as that drive to town.

I have been following you here in the United States and praying for you as well, for quite a long time. From the very first time I heard Simeon speak his accent intrigued me. But even more than that was his sincerity and love of homesteading. And last but not least when I found out that you all were born again Christians, it just settled it for me. I remember a video when you sold your Highland Cattle, which I knew you loved, I think I was just as sad as you were Simeon. Good luck and God Bless!😆

When my daughter moved from Washington state 22 years ago she said I’m not moving to a 3rd world country. Germany will have what I need. Don’t worry about the small personal stuff.

She’s had nothing but problems extending her student visa and being able to stay during the last 2 years. Just don’t give up your dream. I don't know anyone who wants to get out, but many who are praying for a lot to change. We are happy to be moving close to family, friends and like minded people. America is a broken country in need of Jesus.

This is crazy that it's so difficult for a spouse of an American. This has to be frustrating when you think of how many illegal aliens have crossed and are crossing and living in the US without any repercussions. The kids are automatically American citizens. What did you have to do for them? Just got get them passports at the American embassy?
