Thank you! This is the video I didn't know I was looking for, but I feel it changes everything. Really helping me to hear much more deeply. I found the exercise fun and engaging, mostly because it increased slowly in difficulty and you gave great cues as to what to listen for, which made it challenging but also accessible. I could feel the dopamine rush when I would get one right and the persistence to go back over the ones I was having trouble with. I did have to look on my keyboard at times to fully understand what was going on; the visual reference helped. I'll definitely be spending more time with this one until the recognition becomes second nature, and I look forward to engaging with your other videos. I don't think I've ever written a comment on RUclips before, but your teaching really inspired me. Thank you again!
I've found it hard to understand this lesson but truly love to listen it.. kindly send me another much easy & light explation bout this thank you very much...
The 3rd & 4th parts challenged me the most. Given how many I got incorrect I would say I maybe got a B. 😒That last part particularly challenged my brain to process the cord in a way I was not accustomed to but once I figured it out I was okay. Thank you Stephanie I will continue to do these exercises. 😁
@@StephanieDouglassMusic I really am finding them helpful. 😁 I hope you're well I hope Charlie's heard his song by now and love to your kitty and Luna. I miss you and your streams. And I do hope one day we can collaborate. 🤗💙🌹
Hello Stephanie.🤗💙 Still playing Breathe & singing with you. Interested in collaboration singing it with you. Miss you & the live streams. Love the tutorials. They even help us vocalists. Hey I found all the tonics. If only I had some gin to go with them. 😄😁🙌💙🌹
Hi I hope you read my comment, i hope if you can make more vids about 7ths chords and maybe major minor and dominant 7ths alone and the other chords alone
Soon! But just to know exactly what you're looking for - Are you trying to tell the difference between 9th chords and other kinds of chords, like 7th chords? Or major/minor 9th chords? Let me know.
This is so good, thank you! I have not seen anything that really drills tonic reconition like this does. It is really helpful
This is exactly what I needed, thank you!
This is what I was looking for!! There are no exercises like this on the internet.
