How was it?
@@themoralisticwolf The resort itself was beautiful, clean. Staff very accommodating. But unfortunately for us the gastronomy was lacking. Never a hot meal unless you did the Japanese a la cart where the food was cooked in front of you. The buffet lines were very long which meant long wait times. Of course we did not starve and made the best of it because we are in the Dominican and it beats the snow back home. But we will be looking else where in the future. Cheers

This February I spent 10 wonderful days with my family. The rooms were clean, everything was cleaned and changed every day. The food was fantastic as were the staff everywhere! Early in the morning, the roads were cleared of fallen leaves and the pools were disinfected. Smiling and always thanking staff in advance. Everything was wonderful!!!!

The wifi is free and it was good on the beach too!
The rooms were cleaned every day.
Sometimes $1 to $1 on the table and everything will be great! Minibar full, coffee full and extra towels.
and what is the situation with seaweed on the beach now?

Sounds more like a sales pitch than an honest review
My family and I are going there this Thursday 12th January, 2023. A bit worried because there's been a few recent bad reviews on Google Reviews about this resort, but everyone on RUclips has been given it a Thumbs up.
We definitely recommend it, make sure to contact reception right away if you have issues! They’ll get it resolved ASAP!

@@vgonzalezsierra hi! Overall it was a really good holiday. Great food, decent rooms, good weather. Few things that I wish they could do was there were too many trees on the beach so couldn’t find a good spot for tanning. There were people trying to sell us things quite often so we tried to avoid them. This often happened in the evening. Also, a bar that shows major sporting events. None of the staff knew of a place outside the hotel that showed sports, but we found one. Wi-Fi wasn’t the greatest. The store in the resort was well expensive, but one can do groceries in a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Like I said, overall a great experience. 8 out of 10.

we stayed there for 2 weeks in December 22, there was a mas of seaweed on the beach everyday and the sea was never clear. Every time you walk though the gardens we were plagued by touts trying to sell you something and alot of them wouldn't take no for an answer you have to be quite rube before they get the message. would never recommend it and would never stay there again .

@@shannon6244 The weather was horrible. Cloudy, windy. The sun almost never came out and the water was not blue at all, it was grey. But there was no seawood.
The hotel was more or less. The bad: the food at the buffet is very bad. The drinks at the bar are very bad. The rooms are a little different from the photos.
The good: the attention of all the employees was very kind. The rooms were very clean, the gardens were so beautiful. The ambience of the hotel was really good. At knights there were Dj's making parties at the lobby, it was fun.
I'm not coming back again to this hotel(because of the bad Food) but if you don't have enought money. It could be an option if you only see the positives, you recive what you pay (low cost hotel)
