Many thanks for this, I really enjoy this and it was certainly worthy of the old performances. Although the vocals always seem to be drowned out by the other instrument sounds and I see this criticism in a few of the other recent performances videos on RUclips. Do you think it's bad positioning recording on your phone or bad sound engineering or has his voice lost it's power ? or has his voice been at this level always ? I do remember in my youth going to see The Sugar Cubes in 1989 in Preston and Bjorks voice was powerful but I was right in front of the big left speaker and couldn't clearly hear her singing, same with the Jesus and Mary Chain 1989 Manchester, I was right at the front, middle and I couldn't hear any of the lyrics - just a wall of guitar feed back etc and some murmuring voice when the lead singer sang.
@@spunk88888 that's a pity as the vocals are a big part of The Sisters of Mercy. There must be a way to boost them during a performance, technically speaking in terms of sound engineering.
voll toll! Danke!
Another great up-close video!! He's looking good for just having been sick last week. Keep them coming Ingo!!
We need some Detonation Boulevard in Oakland and San Francisco, 25 miles west of where I reside.

I was there yesterday and can confirm it is not the phone. This recording sounds pretty much the same as the sound in the venue, if not better.
