You did a great job!! Lovely layout and would suit our need for a house for our two familes but a bit out of our price range sadly. The garage was a fantastic surprise!! Woud be great for a swimming pool with nice views! Location seems good too!
It's a nice house but to me it did not have the wow factor that the price suggests. Nothing wrong with your video and better than many others I have watched.

Yes, that is what he means, mainly all English speaking.
Expats are people who are not moving permanently, but might be in the area temporarily for work, school, a "gap year", etc. Not everyone who moves to a new country does so with the intention of relocating permanently.
I also don't know why people are using that word .....very confusing. I first thought that it was portuguese people returning to Portugal.
