Thank you for the clear explanation and information. My problem is a little bit complicated, We need your help. When we turn on de deebot it then gives 7 beeps and then nothing. Reseting also doesn't work. Drop sensors looks clean. The deebot is just 1 month out of warranty. My husband wants to try to repair it himself. We already opened it up following your instructions. Thanks for these excellent videos, your disassembly vids are especially useful. I was wondering if you had any advice to opening a dustbin cabin on an omni x1 docking station that no longer opens when the dustbin cabin release button is pressed? Maybe some idea of where the latches are and I can fiddle with them until it opens, or some means of removing the front panel short of a complete disassembly. Thanks again.

Thank you very much for those great videos including this one. I would like to kindly ask if you are able to suggest what can be wrong with our T8 robot. The issue is, that robot is constantly turning into right side. He is going forward but it looks like that right wheel is slower than left one. Then when robot wants to dock it goes straight with both wheels into station but suddenly it looks like that left wheel goes into 100% and right to 0% so it turn rapidly clockwise and drop off the station - no drop sensor malfunction is throwed - side note - I changed already right wheel with completely new one but situation is same. Please are you able to help me? Many thanks a lot for a great work.

Remember always replace both wheels together
