I highly recommend checking out TMNT: Rescue-palooza by MersoX (Merso10 on youtube), if you want to relive those childhood NES games with a modern twist. It's basically a full remake of the NES TMNT 2 and 3, with a few additions from the original NES game, and Turtles in Time.
And the best part of all of this is that even if not all of us can score this Tubular Turtle Wagon at SDCC, it is almost guaranteed that Mattel with make this vehicle avaliable widespread at retail (give or take some paint details and hopefully with the turtles). Give it a year or so and we won't have to be paying a pretty penny or unscrewing it out of beautiful packaging to get our hands on one.
If this shows up at retail, I am defiantly getting it. It will look really cool next to my Hot Wheels Ecto 1 from Ghostbusters and The Tumbler from the Dark Knight Trilogy. This is actually the second time the Turtle Van got a diecast toy made of it. At some point during the run of the original cartoon series, Ertl made a diecast toy of it.

it's hot weels that did this and i think its cool hot weels made little tmnt figures something they never did. There so tiny they don't have to be that detail dude!
will the PartyWagon be a good "TRACK CAR"? for any motorized track set?... Because I love watching all my hotwheels cars running around my motorized track set.

I commented in the SDCC Exclusive ‘89 Bat Mobile video that I really hoped MATTEL would send u the TMNT Van bc it was awesome but I had only seen pictures from the Hot Wheels Collectors website! I’m a RLC Member so I was wondering if they may offer some of these to the club!
I like in general the whole thing and most certainly i would keep that in the box i believe.I like what they did there and again one of the most disappointing facts with this is that is a comicon exclusive and not many can share a little of this happiness.As a detail now i liked the whole thing except one small part that for some of you might be heard as a nitpicking but i didn't liked the wheels.In general mattel doing great job in some premiums in the wheel section,and since this is also a premium special edition or some short they should work a little better in that section.I would prefer to give for the megabloks party wagon classic about 60 bucks shippings included that i found on ebay rather for that close to 50 as i compared to the prices.Overall a great video and thanks for sharing it with us pixel the man!
i wish...i spent my toy allotment for the summer on sdcc star wars already :-( tmnt had to take a back door. maybe they’ll drop in price on ebay in future? yeah right! i couldn’t even get the hot wheels mouse droid.
A very nice try by Hot Wheels but like with the batmobile it's problematic. Wheels are cheap..paint minimal. These two vehicles seem like a cash grab, much like mattel and the 30th anniversary super powers figures.
They should have made it with the vintage colour scheme, with the green wheels, orange door, some extra tampo details, then I'd be REALLY wanting it, as it is, it's a bit plain and kind of generic to be honest.
