- Welcome to my kitchen! In this video, I'll show you how to make delicious pappardelle pasta paired with savoury meatballs from scratch.The homemade pappardelle pasta is silky and pairs beautifully with flavourful meatballs cooked in a rich creamy sauce.
Pappardelle Pasta with Meatballs Recipe!
Ingredients for Sauce:
Butter 4 tbsp
All purpose flour 3 tbsp
Stock 2 cup (chicken cube dissolved in water)
Heavy Cream 1 cup
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Mustard sauce 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
-In a cooking pot, add butter & flour.
-Stir continuously until the flour turns light brown.
-Add stock & stir continuously.
-Add cream, salt & pepper.
-Stir continuously until it boils.
-Sauce is Ready!
Ingredients for Meatballs:
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Onion 1 large (in 1tbsp of oil saute the onions)
Ground meat 500g
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
Fried onions
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp (optional)
Egg 1
Milk 1/2 cup
-In a large bowl, mix all these ingredients & make balls.
(Make 21-22 balls from aforementioned material)
-In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil & add the meatballs and cook turning continuously until brown on each side and cooked throughout.
-Add these cooked meatballs into sauce & cover with lid for 5 minutes.
-Add parsley and mix it.
-For serving: In a serving bowl, add boiled pasta and top it with sauce &meatballs.
*You can use any kind of pasta instead of pappardelle pasta.
