Was down your neck of the woods (I'm from Co.Durham) last week visiting my twin brother in Havant and he took me to MIck's Monster Burgers nr. Portsmouth. Lovely part of the world, just seems a bit restrictive for a 'busa to spread it's wings though! Never mind, I'll just take her up to Teesdale / Weardale up where I live and do the 4th gear boogie. 👍👍🤘🤘

I stripped the starter and gave it a good clean, which helped, but ultimately it was the battery. I had the issue and thought battery and fitted a new battery, which I’d been given with the bike (suspicious 🤔). This ‘cured’ it for a while so when it messed around again I thought ‘it can’t be the battery?!’ This took me down a right rabbit warren of mechanical fun 🤩 All else seemed okay, especially after I’d cleaned the starter so it had to be the new battery. . . and it was🤷♂️.
@@bikerantics5001 I replaced my battery as well(about 3 years old) 2 weeks later same thing occured tested battery it was fine. Pulled starter out cleaned it an had my auto elec guy run lugs from starter relay to the battery an also to one of the contact points on the starter itself. But I'm glad it's sorted your side as well.
