I can assure you that working for those companies is trash. Imagine carrying 200lbs of ungrateful peoples' garbage down several flights of stairs for $18 an hour. Try collecting trash for communities where there a bunch of people packed into every apartment that aren't on the lease and the all have 6 kids a piece! We work hard for every penny. Then on top of that, the customers retaliate against us because they're mad that they pay for the service. The cherry on top is being attacked or followed by psychos, having the police called on us, having people spit on the trash bags, having people filing complaints, and property management asking too much of us or using the workers as pawns to get back at the company.
yikes dude ; heh i just wanted to live w/o intrusion from the services I was forced into. Couldn't BBQ at the community bbq w/o being accused of mishandling trash (pictures taken of me and stuff), or having my entire unit reverb from the mentioned dumpsters going up and down the stairs. I get it, its a dirty job its heavy, hot.
It truly is a scam! I take out my own trash and am still forced to pay $25 per month PLUS $75 per month for the city to pick up the trash...$100 per month is rediculous!!
damn, and they charging way more for trash pickup?! I think mine was like 20 bucks for trash, since we had community utilities for everything else. idk I dont wanna rent again, got out of apartments though.
What buddy fails to realize is apartments run businesses and just like when you step into a friends car that’s dirty and you don’t respect or keep it clean because it’s already dirty-same concept applies to an apartment complex. The cleaner the property-the better quality of living and residents it attracts. I suggest apartments with valet trash pickup
Hi sir I have a trash valet company and I would love to hear how we can improve this experience for you help me understand I would grateful appreciate it I want to learn how to better service our community
its why I am no longer at an apartment complex. I'm renting houses now that have residential trash services, and soon to relocate, rent temporarily and build/own.
THAT IS NOT TRUE!! Out of the $25 the apartment takes about $5!! I was told about this 2 days before I had to resign my new lease. How do you deal with that??? Give zero notice to move out and get hit with a full month's rent?? Then come up with all the deposits and months rent to move with no notice?? WE F**CKING RENT BECAUSE WE CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY!! What makes you think we can afford this? YOU ARE TRASH YOURSELF FOR EVEN STANDING UP FOR THIS!!
This service sucks asss! That’s why the apartment complex I’m in will not be using the service anymore. Tenants are better off throwing their own trash away rather than waiting on a service with lazy people .
maybe if you were forced into a service like this... you'd understand. I personally don't enjoy wasting money in a poorly functioning service. (also why I don't use Discord as often anymore, and prefer Guilded)
@@AliAvali I own a valet trash company. Yes your forced to use it but when you actually hold up to your end of the agreement it’s rare to get complaints. We don’t just take your trash and recycling to the containers, we put them in the containers. A lot of tenants are lazy and trifling and just toss trash on the ground causing pests.
@@te4bag_k1ngp1n welp... The ones for Phoenix Arizona are absolute trash. And I deserve my 600 back. Doesn't even count the times they've taken photos of me barbecuing xD. And no I never harassed the employee directly, I know it was a company issue.
@@te4bag_k1ngp1n correct. They struggled to keep employees in our area (not my problem anymore since I don't live in an apartment community anymore). Then when they had employees it was rough service.
No need. I moved out of that apartment complex. Moved states and into a home. Much happier. Sorry I talked about my experience I had while having “Valet Trash”.

I worked for them and now all I have is a back injury to show for it
Yikes. I hope you heal up soon. I used to work for GeekSquad so I empathize with body (and mental) injuries.
😂 Wow. A back injury from picking up trash bags

I'm in a home in Solano county and my trash, grass, and plastic recycling containers are only $68 every 3 months, you Apt boys are getting screwed

Ones in phoenix were bad. Glad you enjoy your service. Cactus-42 wasn’t the greatest.

Re: How to improve #valettrash services
You don’t understand the business. The apartment takes most of it. If you don’t like it, don’t sign the lease.
