2K should have a rewind feature to reset the game back to where ever you want to start playing again so things like that full court buzzer beater to win a game 7 does not happen if you dont want.
For me the grizzlies either miss the playoffs or win the finals Edit: buzzer beaters are cool and all, but I recommend turning down the difficulty because when the difficulty is at max buzzer beaters always go in it’s annoying.
