Saving a buck always helps. Some people talk down on budget packs but I've been running on Zee's for over 3 yrs with zero issues 👍

I just recently got rid of my zee pack after like 7 years maybe more. That thing lasted forever and the capacity held up great too.
I've had good luck (so far) always balance charging my batteries. Then storage charging them. I think my oldest pack is 5 years old and still working great. I don't abuse my RC's so that factors into it certainly. Good stuff Greg and thank you for sharing. Have a good week my friend.

5 yrs 3s old lipo Flying MJX Bugs 3 & Tinergy has proved better than id expected. Good to see their prices are still refreshing .
Yup! Been using Turnigy for over 10yrs as well. And I just ordered two of these in 3s for the new fcx10. Luckily they have an US warehouse now.

I was going to get either 1 of the new 6s or 2 of the new 3s lipos, but they won’t fit in the stock sledge battery tray. Not looking to modify it so I have to look at other brands for lipos that fit.
Ordered some 3s packs for my felony. We will see how they perform.

I have a battery question maybe you can help me with, nothing to do with this video but hoping you might have some insight, also I used to buy these turnigy bats for my planes and they were good back then, anyways to my question/problem. I have a 4s Ovonic pack that i put maybe the 5th run on yesterday, so not an old battery. I went to storage charge all my packs after bashing and when i plugged that one in i got voltage error on both my chargers, so i used a cell checker to see what was up and it showed c1 .05v, c2 7.23v, c3 3.63v and c4 3.63v, actually tried another checker as well with same results. Im not new to lipos but never seen this. Any ideas on what maybe going on? The 7.23v on one cell is a bit scary to me lol.
Do you think the Turnigy Rapid 6000mAh 6s LiPo Battery Pack will fit in the Traxxas Sledge? Its very important i find that out before buying it.

New to the hobby. Can I charge these batteries with my Traxxas charger or do I need an aftermarket charger?
Gonna need a new charger. Traxxas connector is proprietary.
Turnigy Rapid 4S says 14.4v, not 14.8v? Any reason for this?
On the website? I think thats a Typo. My packs say 14.8v. I’m going to email them about it.

Nope not a review. Just an informational video.
I bought there Rapid 5000, they were good for around 3 months and then had an issue with one cell dropping after charging in all batteries, I now do not buy more 2 batteries of one brand . Definitely will not be buying any Rapid lipos in the future.
