Present and Record - has is now unavailable in India due to some technical issues, and there is no tentative date given by Canva, that's why I didn't cover that part, but there is a way, you can use any VPN and you'll get that option. Hope this helps 🌞

sir your style of explanation is very very good. sir i want to prepare a printable design for a packaging box size 9x6x3 inch. can it be designed by canva in a single artsheet ? if possible please make a video over it.

And yes you can design a Printable design in canva, just follow the steps
1. Find a Reference Outline guide for your box, create a size accordingly in Canva (make a artsheet)
2. Use Guides (file->view settings->guides) and create outline using them
3. Design your Box in canva keeping box outline as reference and guides to place different elements correctly
4. Download your design (Best formats are - 1. Pdf Print(it is a very high res print ready file format) 2.Svg)
5. Open in Any Native software like Illustrator, Corel Draw or Windows Pdf reader and print your design, Congratulations 🎉

I Regret Currently .cdr file format are not available in canva, but You can download them as Pdf print or SVG , which are high res files, and they are supported on Corel or any other software, you can also edit your design afterwards in Corel itself.
