What a lovely couple you are. And by far the most simple demonstration of pickle making. I do have a question, I’ve never heard of or seen Armenian cucumbers at the market. What would be your second choice for this recipe? Thank you.

Hi Talli Faye, Hi Buzz!!! I love Mrs. Wages canning spices. We use the chili seasonings for our chili starts and the spaghetti, too, so I know we would like the pickling packages. I have never heard of an Armenian cucumber. I like how Buzz peels them, cause that's the only part of a pickle I don't like, lol. Thanks, Mr. Buzz, you're the great pickle master 🤣 Very appreciative, and you both are just amazing. Love yas and Lulu too ❤ 🐾 ❤

Unless you are a canner or from a canning family, I don't think you can fully appreciate the beauty of something that is well-canned. When I go to general stores that sell canned items, my eyes are automatically drawn to those that just look good. Taste is most important, but it's really nice when it looks good on the shelf.

I never knew they made a pickle brine mix, that sure would cut out a lot of work! I've never hear of those cukes either, what a great way of keeping pickles nice and crisp. Buzz did a great job of teaching us! By the way Talli Fays, I have always called the seeds in squash the guts. 😉

Hey girl 😊… After they have cooled and set out on the counter… gently press the caps with your finger… if it stays down it’s sealed… if it pops back up it didn’t seal… just put that jar straight in the fridge 😊
