The Red Banner Rifle Regiment can take a unit of 2 of them as part of the formation.
I guess I should have commented on that. Based on the cost, short range and no moving rate of fire I really don't think they are a great idea.

It's really a bummer that they made soviets less cost effective than other faction. They don't get a lot of abilities/ get a lot of debuffs but aren't near cheap enough for how they perform.

They also had the 280mm version as if 203 wasnt enough

Hmm, I bought that so many years ago at a now closed hobby shop, I can't remember the brand.
A little bit too expensive for basically a larger 152mm in 4th edition, not quite cost effective as 3rd edition.
