И пирожки и манты, жарить с овощами и картофелем. Даже просто отварной он вкусный. Только чистый. Я не раз смотрю видео с рубцом, но частенько люди не заморачиваются его чисткой.

You have to clean the dark layer with a knife (I didn't know the right word 😅 but it's like shaving with the blade that looks like a knife) ... Divide the stomach into proportional pieces, for example, 30*20 cm, or any size you see fit ... boil the water (do not turn off the fire unless you finish all the pieces) and while boiling, put a piece 30-50 seconds, then take it out and clean it quickly and it's hot, so you need gloves and when you finish it, repeat the steps with each piece, then wash all the pieces as you clean them and put lemon and vinegar . And wash it well and then use it as you want

In South African traditionally we like the bitterness of that black linning we dont remove all of it, you just short if intestines, definatley no veggies just meat and soup, have with dumbling 😊😊 yummy now ma craving it

Usually tripe is put into boiling water and you have to clean it . Have seen some channels they clean it well, some dont take the black coating . I dont eat this or beef .

Same here in Mauritius. We let it soak 24hrs in water and brush it with lime the following morning..it becomes really white..then we cook it
