This is my latest build, which is a rotary tool powered by my CNC machined air/steam turbine. Last year i made a similar build, a turbine powered drill: • Turbine Drill Prototype . This idea came to me when my previous flex shaft of my rotary tool had come to it's end after a lot of use. I dissasembled the hole thing and took apart the spindle which had it's ball bearings completely destroyed. After buying a pair of bearings, i made the housing out of copper pipe which had the exact internal diameter to fit the bearings. After that it was a matter of few hours to find and fit the other components. The only thing that still needs to be fixed is to make the coupler that connects the turbine's wheel to the spindle, run absolutely true and also correct the square hole in the spindle's shaft, beacause it's runing eccentrically causing a lot of vibrations. And something last, this is my first video of me talking;)

You're a great inventor. As a painter, what we yearn for is something that would allow us to use an airless sprayer to cut a clean line where a wall meets a ceiling, without overspray getting on the ceiling. Closest tool I've seen so far is the Spray Guide tool (videos on RUclips) but it has its faults, including the wheel often wandering where it wants to and the width of the wheel itself preventing the paint from getting right into the edge. It also can't get into corners. Not just walls and ceilings either but anywhere a clean line is needed using a spray gun. Develop something foolproof and you make a billion.

nice video but for the next you should adjust the sound so it comes from both earphones equally. Keep up the good work.

Is there anyway to regulate the speed by controlling the airflow, without losing torque?

nice job.. should get serious and start building your own line of air powered air tools. wont be suprised if people have already stolen ideas from your past videos and used then in their own commercial products
