I mean, how else do you think they make money? They hold up a shop, and get the machines made custom and serviced, just to scratch the surface. I will say though, if you have an old phone you want to recycle, EcoATM is worth it as it's free recycling, and sometimes actually offers you cash for it (usually low, but still cash nonetheless versus getting charged to recycle it at another place)
