Seemed delightful! I’d like to see an in more depth visit if you have the time, the food looked delicious. I love the architecture, but I can appreciate any architecture anywhere they’re all so interesting

I'd say definitely, you experienced the culture, seen the capital, you have visited Lithuania.
Personally I've actually been to Jordan for less than 24 hours yet I'd still count it because I have seen cool sights (like Petra oder Wadi Rum), eaten local food and seen a bit of Amman.
Also I would've stayed longer if I was able to

Hike the Hill of 3 crosses and visit Uzupis. There are also many beautiful cathedrals in Vilnius!

While my numbers aren’t nearly as high, as someone also with the aim to visit majority of the countries in the world at least once, I maintain two lists
    1. Countries whose soil I have been on: here I include small transits, countries like Malaysia or Qatar for me where I have only been for

I’d say so ! I remember going to Bolivia 🇧🇴 as a kid. Not the touristy areas either we’d visit & stay at an orphanage & made some of the best relationships with locals.❤ Anyways we had a 10 hour layover in Peru once between flights there & there’s no really security to go through, to leave the airport we were at just literally walk out. So we all did & walked around & tried new things as long as we could before catching our flight ! I still vividly remember the architecture was like something I’ve still never seen before, to this day !

Of course it does. It wasn’t like a quick layover at the airport there.

my general rule is at least a full meal, some wondering around and something else significant to see or do for it to count as a visited country. This here is would count.

Sure it count, if your goal is the more the better. For me personally quality stands for quantity. I'd rather visit less.

If that doesn’t count, what does? You can never fully experience anywhere. If you’ve tried a dish, you’ve had it before, even if you didn’t finish the plate.

Im Jewish so to me the city of vilna really symbolizes rich jewish culture, jews lived in the city for many years some of the greatest jewish scholars lived in that city around 300 years ago, but most residents didnt survive ww2, it was called the Jerusalem of Europe during the 18th 19th century.
Im really curious if any of the jewish architecture survived through ww2 and communism.
