it is absolutely incredible it took them 2 years to "start" fixing their UI, because its not even half way to user-friendly or intuitive. is it better? sure, seems like it (not hard tbh) but its still absolutely terrible UI design. As for the entire downloads/games/CoD HQ thing..... How they mention it here is how CoD HQ should have launched, not 1-2 years after the fact. Like I am not opposed to all the changes being made, its just that they're so majorly underwhelming its insane, considering we just came from likely 2 of the worst CoDs in history. Changes should blow us out of out socks, but really its just, half way to MW2019, so I am assuming 2 more years till we at MW2019 levels and then, once there, as typical with activision, two steps back again, so we can do one step forward and get praised for it. This entire blog post reads two stepps backwards in order to make 1 step forward and get praised.
FINALLY SEPARATING WARZONE They should have done this a long time ago, it definitely causes inflated game size, and I'm sure a lot of the issues that would come with each update will be mitigated when this gets done
I’m so sick of rebirth island. It’s not a great map imo, and it’s upsetting that there are not more rotational playlists for other maps. I wanna play the game I want. not rebirth island against everyone using the static hv, stg 44 and wearing the black noir skin for the 50th time in a row.
I am a UI Designer myself, and returning to COD after a year, I found the interface frustrating. When I tried downloading Warzone, a 75GB file named "Call of Duty" started downloading. But after launching the game, I could only scroll through disabled titles in the menu because they needed additional downloads, including Warzone. So, what was the 75GB for-just launching the game? Then, when I tried to download Warzone content, I saw options for "Base Game (Required)," "Warzone 2022," and Simply "Warzone." Why are there multiple Warzones, and whats this stupid Base Game? and how do I know which one to download?
we will have soo many issues and problems with glitches , i hope they some how make it were each program dosent affect the other games with in the Ui, otherwise , same problems we will get again
The Aug21 update literally broke my game on PS4. All my MW2 and Warzone files were uninstalled and BO6 beta was automatically installed and cannot be removed. Meanwhile every time I’ve tried to reinstall my files, nothing works. Idk how to fix it, or whether ill just need to wait until the new user interface (won’t be doing that, Activision isn’t worth my waiting time), but any suggestions on how to fix would be appreciated
Well if their gonna go that route. Then why not just strip cod hq down tono extra graphics etc so it's as small as possible and have individual games as list?
RIP H2M mod/MW2 Remastered Multiplayer. Today is a sad day, ladies and gentlemen. I know Activision hates fun, but I just don't get why they shut this one down. It literally required you to PURCHASE MWR on Steam, FFS!! It was making them money without them doing anything, and they just straight-up said "Nah, we're good. You can f**k right off now." I was kinda excited about BO6, but idk if I'm gonna buy it now, just on principle. Lol.

Why whenever you go play warzone why can’t you just choose what map you wanna play is that so hard for them to do? When you go to trios or solos when it’s on rotation it already brings up like a little menu showing the maps and the times they rotate so why whenever you click like solos or whatever squad size you wanna play why can’t you just choose which map u wanna play on , I think that would be huge success in the game I don’t feel that should be to difficult to do😐

I know this company has made a lot of disappointments. But i definitely think there's promising things coming from this new game especially since its been being worked on for so long. @@kyubihakegaru4433 actually all signs point to it being more likely than not if you look at the broader FPS community, the truth lies marketing involved a strictly extraction shooter player, the wz exe being split from the overall game, DMZ player numbers still being way above what i'm sure the projected, and the fact that those DMZ bundles absolutely HAD to be the best selling bundles of 22-23. it's certainly not set in stone, but there is a lot of evidence that it is, or was something they are thinking about bringing with this title. the rumors of staying on urzikstan also lend credence, as there was a full set of content already made for this map, before they decided to take it off of the current build for MWZ. furthermore, with MWZ coming to an end for round based, again this makes sense. we will see.
