If it does a complete revolution in one frame: 1 rev/frame * 30 frames/sec * 60 sec / minute = 1800 rpm. But sometimes it strobes when it is just doing 1/3 or 2/3 of a rotation. That is why I made one wing different from the others to see if that is what is happening.
@@MickEMaus3000 yah, thats the formula I use and I've noticed the strobing on each wing too so I devide by 3 to make up for it. I kind of figured that one wing being different was for that reason

so if you're shooting at 30fps when it strobes; the wings appear to stand still, what rpm is it doing?
