I would like to submit my good things come in 3's where every creature has 3 creature types and the other nonland cards have 3 words in their title. It has good ramp and card draw along with ways to deal with artifacts and enchantments. The only thing that it is kind of lacking is creature removal but there is not alot of that in the simic colors anyway. But i hope one of you play it because I think it is pretty sweet. My Kestia deck was a 3-way balancing act to build and is almost as precarious to actually play. Originally the Arahbo pre-constructed deck, and then a Nazahn Equipments build, it is now transformed into what I call a "Go-Wide Voltron" deck filled with Enchantments, Equipment, and creatures to hold them. Kazarov was once one of the greatest actors in all of Dominaria. His fiery performances resonated with every audience that had the great luck to see them. And then he stepped back from the stage. Now he's staging his comeback...but something's different. He's grown bitter in his old age. He shouts at the audience, his characters are negative, but the crowds keep coming - to their own misfortune. "Oh no protection from white" - This is the most Tomer episode I think you've ever done. 10/10, might be my favourite episode ever now.
The worst part is if he had just cast it pre-combat he would have won, but he wanted to get the flashy win of flashing in the equipment. He lost because of his own hubris XD

HAHAHAHAHA, That was amazing! They just keep backstabing each other, like the frog and the scorpion, but this time it actualy had some friendship there. hahahaha
Seth: I'm actually hoping for Kauldra assembly

Between commander 2019 and Modern horizon, we have a new Greven, Volrath, Sisay and Gerrard, among others. Why not an old wheatherlight flavored episode ? Bonus point for flavor wins, like the Volrath player casting dominate on Greven

Genuine excitement for this episode. Been waiting SO LONG. Super happy my boy Seth (or probably better known as saffron olive) is playing my other boy Chulane. This is gonna be sweet.
Could you guys do an episode where you build the commander version of modern decks?
Of the four, Syr Gwyn, Hero of Ashvale seems really underpowered compared the other three both in the Brawl decks and as a commander.
He is supposed to be easier to play

I happened to be in a Walmart in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada on Friday and I happened to see a brawl deck and there was another behind it, long story short there happened to be just one of each

Does Seth's combo even work with Abundance on the field since it's a replacement effect for drawing a card?
Edit: Just realised Abundance is actually a may ability so you could choose not to use it and could still draw a card like normal, which means you can still win with Laboratory Maniac.

Crim's deck look likes it would love zur in it. time sieve looks a little bit weird though.
All the talk is about Chulane, but Korvold and Alela really impressed me. Unfortunately, Syr Gwyn, played like too many other Boros commanders only she gets to add black, so it didn't feel as exciting, though she's certainly good.

There was going to be a Kaldra with all her equipment as the sole permanents on the field, majestically striking down her enemies one by one. Finally she would be redeemed, all would be well. But then disaster, probably better known as Tomer, struck.

Seth why no charming prince? Card is bonkers with chulane, blinking and getting the draw and land is nuts for 2 mana.
It's maybe the best 2 in the deck as its easily draw 2 or 3, bounce a knight of autumn etc and draw 3 and gain 2 play a land for 2 is good.
I actually guessed who was getting what before I clicked the video. I was right because Crim liked Faeries, Seth likes the wise strategic decks with value, Tomer likes fun decks, and Andrew was a wild card for me so I just attached him the the dragon. I got it right without a second thought

Was that a modo bug that allowed Tomer to activate sunforger? I'm pretty sure that you have to tap treasure to sacrifice it and his was already tapped
It's not actually treasure, it's gold produced by curse of opulence. Gold does not need to be tapped in order to sacrifice it

What's the minimum and maximum deck size in brawl decks, or two headed giant format?
Brawl is min 60 max 60, 2-headed giant (sealed) is min 40, with no max.

Seth should have used the strip mine on Tomer's mountain in response to Crim's Supreme Verdict to take him off red.

In reference to their discussion about the pricing of the Brawl Commanders and why Chulane isn’t the most expensive, despite being the most clear busted...well thats kind of the point. Commander players usually like doing interesting things. And honestly after you’ve built one Bant Commander, you almost built them all. They all get you ridiculous value, but after fitting in every maximum handsize effect you can...then....what. They win for sure, but they aren’t exactly exciting or interesting to play. Just take a look at Chulanes page on EDHrec. No one really knows what to even do with him...other than just draw a lot of cards. LIke I said...once you’ve done that with one Bant Commander...

Best part is tomer had enough dmg to kill Crim if he used sw fi to ping crims face + didn't use sw ls to kill his creatures + the burn from boros+rakdos charm. He'd kill Seth too probably lose to andrew but he'd atleast finish the job

There aren’t even enough cards for a deck. The standard pool is barely enough to make a competent EDH deck as is.

Ladyof Bloodbath if you want a deck of all basic lands, Fabled Passage, 3 castles, and maybe a land from the common cycle for your three color general then maybe you can theoretically squeeze enough cards out of the set. It wouldn’t be entertaining to watch as every deck would be basically the same as the set has 269 cards + the side products’ cards. You’d still have to squeeze about 65 cards from that. It’d be a disorganized mess and not even close to edh as it’s known.
The entire standard card pool at like 6-7 sets is barely enough to make a functional EDH deck hence brawl has 60 card decks not 100.
