Fun fact: Gloomhaven, first published in 2017, currently sits at #3 on the BoardGameGeek "board game rank" list...
(for reference, BGG has over 125.600 titles listed) ...Gloomhaven digital adaptation is available on Steam.

I wish they would make more tables like this that were persistent, like the skyrim and epic quest. it's cool to build up your characters level and have it carry over from game to game.

I don't think you can carry your character level over from game to game. I think you have to build them up from scratch at the start of every game.

Hour long video, let's go! This table isn't for everyone but there's a lot I really like about it. My only true gripe is that the second main mode can be a true grind, and not really a fun one, but everything else is quite great.
Some tips for anyone reading this:
    - Side quests are alright but IMO not what you should be going for, you get at maximum 30 XP. I find the biggest amounts of XP on average to come from the Mercs for Hire multiball, you collect XP with every enemy you defeat there and I think the chest jackpot also adds some. As soon as the sinkhole lights to level up the characters you should shoot for it as soon as possible, there's no compensation for collecting any XP past your current level until you shoot the sinkhole.
    - The trick to defeating enemies is to first charge up the elemental attacks at the spinner, and shoot for the left orbit for damage multipliers. One of the perks you can get from the targets on the left side is "strengthen", which allows you to deal damage to all enemies as long as one of them isn't killed - this can be a major help as long as you properly gauge each enemy's health bar. You can also sneak behind enemies and instantly defeat them; there are two on the mini-playfield that can be defeated this way, and on the main playfield, you can defeat the enemy at the sinkhole or the right orbit with a lucky shot into the bumpers.

It's an RPG table after all. If that's not your thing then this table is not for you. RPGs are a grind, and they take time to play. Well executed in this table.

Weird question. How do you have the Indiana Jones statue? The table is available to my on my Switch with FX3, but not the new Pinball FX…

Indiana Jones was the last table released for Pinball FX3. I guess when it was released for the new Pinball FX a couple weeks later, it didn't make it to the Switch. I don't normally play on Switch but I learned recently that the Switch version of Pinball FX has only about half the tables as the other platforms do. I presume that the tables are harder to port to the Switch with the new game engine and require more work to get running smoothly.

this table is one of my favorites of the new ones - Game Night pack is better than the Star Trek pack imo

Absolutely. Gloomhaven is the best table of the 9 released this last go around.
