The second home had a piece of the kitchen, which was lost somewhere. No counter space in the kitchen, and it isn't worth the price at all. That's a hundred and twenty USD, I think houses should be cheaper than that and it's not brand new. They need to fix their house for that price.

The house prices out here are ridiculous and most of the houses on the open market are fixer uppers. Saddest thing that these are the general prices, which is not affordable especially for a house that needs investments.

I wouldn't love to invest in a fixer-upper, but not for that price. I can get a cheaper house in the USA as a fixer-upper. @@orainshadeka4ev510

The first house neva look too bad. But it really small and Old Harbour is a bit of a commute to Kingston and such.

The Kingston craziness has well and truly infected St. Catherine. 18mil!!! Where did Jamaica go wrong. My view the new and unaccounted money has infected the country to lead Real estate inflation which in turn dragged up overall inflation, world events yes but man!!!

That sevond house is very disgusting and have heart a show people dat... dem fi shame., atleast fix it up likkle., tiles gone, wall dirty, bathroom dirty, yard nuh cut can you imagine what else if wrong with the house that you are not seeing.. jah jah

Maybe they just do not have the money to do the repairs and that could be the reason why they are selling the property One never know what is happening in others' lives.🎉
