I've been binging your videos for the last 2 days and am loving the content! I'm brushing up on my interview skills to switch companies, and your thoughts are shared very clearly. Thank you!
@@AlisaHaman thank you!! I have a few questions I’m not sure you’ve covered yet. Have you found most panel interviews the same? What’s the mix of behavioral and product design/strategy like? Does one person ask you the “create a product for x customer” and others ask different questions?
Hey Alisa - your video are awesome and actually very delightful to listen. I had to polish a few thing being a PM and it was just nice listening to you. Could you share a video about how to manage expectations of different stakeholders? What are your thoughts based upon your experiences. Looking for new ways for solving those constraints. Thanks.
Question, in your professional opinion do you recommend for someone studying computer science to go into an associate product manager role right out of college or get experience as a developer and then shift into a product manager role that way people know I have experience of what the developers feel?
Having engineering experience can be really valuable for PM's but it's not a requirement. If you're most interested in product management, I would also say you can dive right into that career path. However, if you are interested in engineering and would like to start there and transition to product management, that would also be an excellent career path!
Are there any product manager roles for companies that take different clients with different products, or do product managers only exist in branded companies focusing on that companies' products?

I also wanted to share that on your home page, the link on your banner is spelled, "Awareded Top 50 Women in SaaS"
So glad to hear! Best of luck in your job search :)
Fixed! Thanks for letting me know!
