My mom could do a loud very loud Woody woodpecker laugh. My friends were always asking her to do it. I look back now n can laugh even though back then it was embarrassing sometimes. Love you mama
I'm such a huge fan of Woody Woodpecker that I watch his cartoons everyday. They're so satisfying to watch and I might make you giggle a bit. Totally recommended!
Your thinking of an ivory billed woodpecker, theyre the ones that was declared extinct in september this year (i believe) and woody is based on pileated woodpecker...they aint blue but have the red head nd a really loud call

I like to imagine that Tony got into the adult film industry and now works under the name Tony Redpecker. During climax, Tony let's out his signature laugh while the camera does a hard vignette push on his face.
this sound randomly came to me one day in my head and i couldnt stop mimicking it all day whilst trying to figure out where it came from, as i remember mimicking it as a kid. Finally glad i can put this mystery to rest!
real shame Mel Blanc had a falling out or something, and didn't continue voicing the character. For awhile all people would hear of him was the guess who and laugh at the beginning, and then only the Guess who at the beginning.
Though a legal issue over Woody's laugh after the Woody Woodpecker Song was included in Wet Blanket Policy was the only falling out between Mel Blanc and Walter Lantz. Eventually they settled out of court after Mel lost and filed an appeal. Which probably was the main reason Woody was recast when Lantz reopened the studio during the 1950s.
@@ScroogeKamaziMD After United Artists failed to pay Lantz for the shorts, he had to temporarily closed the studio. Universal did eventually resigned Lantz. As for Hardaway my best guess is either he moved on in the meantime or Lantz couldn't get him to return.
Very Cool to See Woody Woodpecker's Original Voice Made by the Man of a Thousand Voices, Mel Blanc and Nobody Care About the Others They Replaced (That we Brazilians call him Crazy) And now here in Brazil this Woody Woodpecker was voiced by a child who in the future would be the Brazilian voice of He Man and Arnold Schwarzenegger (He also dubs some episodes where Woody's voice was done by Walter Lantz's wife)
If they make a Woody Woodpecker animated movie, I hope they put Scott Bakula as Woody Woodpecker voice, since sometimes he made the Woody Woodpecker laugh.
I recently got a Woody Woodpecker doll at a pet store that does his signature laugh everytime you squeeze him! My dog Hank loves him! He enjoys chomping on Woody and hearing him laugh! 😂 My dog would probably freak out if he ever saw Woody laugh on TV!
Still remembered those times when my sister keeps teasing me that I don't know how to imitate the Woodpecker's laugh. Until now I still don't know how.
The iconic laugh is actually how the woodpeckers speak
LOL

RIP Woody. Apparently the species went extinct. News broke today.
Wow that’s disappointing
apparently they're not extinct yet but "critically endangered"
