Today the 5th/6th, 2024 this song slipped in my thoughts, I learnt this song at the age of 13, sang it with my brother's wife and sister some 30 odd yrs ago. I have more years behind me than before, it's about Home time for God's children, I'm nearer Home , we're nearer Home we're tired of the heartaches that comes with living here. Even so come Lord Jesus.

This is so heavenly I cannot stop crying tears of joy. I’m near home then I was yesterday and I’ll always walk with God. God is our refuge and our strength and a very present help in trouble. I’m going on with Jesus anyhow and I’m working Sunday even though the devil is mad and I’m glad, we’ve got the victory through this song. Thank you for helping me through.

The Bible says, we all have sinned and came short of the glory of God.. we learn by our mistakes , we repent of our Sin's, God is able and just to forgive us and put them into the sea of forgetfulness to bring them up against us anymore no more. .. But man will still pull up our transgressions and tend to beat them over our head's.. I'm glad these people,, aren't my judge and jury... I don't know what is worse, falling under my heavy load ,, or facing those who always hold these things against me.. wonder how God will judge these people who can't let go of the down fall of a brother..

It was a very good pastor James Eastman. It was in the early sixties I be met him and had a chance to know him. He was losing his eyesight at that time. ❤️🙏
@@luellaeastman7368 I was blessed to meet him. He came to Farmington, MO and was considering pastoring our church but it didn’t work out. I think we might have missed what the Lord had in mind.
