It's interesting when I played my agent Theron makes a questioning statement on his mother being on Odesson all this time with Darth Marr. He sounds pretty disgusted by the tone of his voice. Yet with force users he doesn't say this line. Also the cave monster and her "children". I saw this as foreshadowing here - the younger monsters represented Vaylin and Arcann and the mother was Senya. It was a test - will you kill the mother and the children when the time comes or will you make peace with your enemy like Satele did with Marr?

It isn’t against the Jedi code to have children but it is against the code to form attachments. You’re right the Jedi code is flawed but the Sith code is even more flawed. The Sith code encourages a hierarchy that leaves a trail of a dead Sith behind. During war that puts them at a severe disadvantage.
Correction helped me build a new light saber that i will never use. ever. i tried it for about 5 seconds once then another 5 seonds when facing of with arrcan got annoyed by a mere speed boost nevr actually hitthings with it (rember this is when the sorc had 2 melle options) and went to my stronger vindicator. Only jedi i respect gives shitty lightsaber... Honestly i was hoping you'd be bettr then the rest of the order. I was wrong.
You get more attack options if you don't use the lightsaber as the Sorceror. You can't punch, kick, etc if you have a weapon equipped. Sure, it boosts your stats, but that's it. By the end if Chapter 2, the Sorceror should have the option of not drawing the lightsaber in combat.
@@hexazalea1793 Yes, they actually do damage. However, you cannot use those attacks if you have a weapon equipped. Currently, the only thing the lightsaber does for the Sorceror/Sage is provide a stat boost and look cool.
In the "age of legacy" when we follow the footsteps of Cale Skywalker we learn that his mother (Morrigan Corde) was a spy from the empire that disguised herself using multiple identities. She had a relationship with Kol skywalker but when Cale was born she left them and returned to the empire. She was a greed woman that never gave a shit about feelings and left behind her sons but in the end even a horrible person like her was able to say that she really loved Cale and even tried to help his son. Satele just threw out Theron like a garbage and never moved a finger to help him. She was a powerfull jedi master but as a human being and mother she was worst than Morrigan Corde.
I think next expansion your Jedi and sith characters get to become emperor or Jedi grandmaster at the rate the game hands you titles. I just hope Satele gets a better death than Revan, his death was stupid- the light side version anyways

One mistake does not outweigh to rest of Satele's accomplishments and contributions to the galaxy as a whole. I hope you can see there's more to her than this. Jedi ultimately ally with the will of the Force to serve. The no attachment rule is a poor practice for the Jedi to manage their emotions. Instead, they ought to learn how to control and channel their emotions for virtuous pursuits like harmony amongst people, rather than numbing themselves and running away and always being more reactive than proactive. There's already enough challenges without needing to make more of them ourselves. Nothing wrong in getting married and have kids. But as a Jedi, they must be prepare to bear many responsibilities that comes afterwards. And the Jedi Order, while imperfect, still protected many lives for 1000 years, still survived past Palpatine, one way or another.
And besides, the Sith always kill each other. It took 1000 years for Bane's order to nearly eliminate the Jedi, while Bane killed his own Sith so quickly until he is the only one left. Eventually his own rule of two collapsed on itself when Vader and Palpatine offed one another. For all its desire for wanting power and immortality, the Sith ultimate end is still the killing of one another.

The book takes place before Makeb, so he finds out before any pc gets to meet him, but he’s well into his twenties at the time of the book. I think it’s briefly mentioned that he’d been in the SIS for a decade at that point.
