Good venue that great fun, james one thing that could really help you out to get exact weight of fish is a product called rite weigh,ritetackle, it fits onto landing net,then fits onto handle you just lift landing net up gives you exact weight of fish, its very good and best part £28 !

@@jamesatkinsfishing its ok,did you know barford are doing open matches on thursdays iam in winter league at litcham where you went only got 27lb winner got 35lb 5th out of 13 lost one so nearly won section,iam getting a rite weigh a guy has one in matches and has only ever been 5oz off

The old boy tremendous fishing match still at his age You must fish some matches in a month ? And travel some miles. Great venue I'm fishing at barford railway this Saturday. I don't think the weights will as good
Bergh Apton - you can walk across that lake and you wouldn’t sink it’s that full of fish. Anything under 150lb is a bad day. Even in the colder months you’ll hit 80-100lb it’s that full. That’s not a criticism by any means

Typical Bergh Apton had some great days there, its like fishing in some ones back garden quirky little place.Got to give grandad a mention what a star at nearly 92 and to haul that lot out is brilliant, well fished all.

you need 6 keep-nets they,to many fish in pond,did you know the record was over 900lb in 5 hours.
That's why they had a half match weigh in, so we had two half's, Thank you for watching and commenting,
