Today I will be breaking down the Adipurush Movie Good and bad CGI/VFX.
And will intro scene from the movie
Adipurush is an upcoming Indian epic mythological film based on Ramayana. The film is written and directed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series and Retrophiles starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage.
The sole purpose of this video is to educate you on how Visual effects Actually works.

Bilkul nhi, VFX ki to kisi ne complaint ki hi nhi... Infact vhi cheez ki vajah se film ne itne footfalls attract kiye.. and you are forgetting one thing it was in 3d which result in bit shaky animations.. now if you were expecting Hollywood standards then you even have to match their budget.. 1000 2000 crores ka budget jata hai Hollywood movies mein aise high VFX films ka..
At some point he is right and you are wrong bhai. Same indian artist ka kaam hollywood mein bhi jata hai ok. To chahe vfx artist ho ya animator wo har level ka kaam kar skya hai.
Its all about ke approval kaun dera hai.
I have worked with indian and foreign client as an animator.
They are so professional and their demands for accuracy level top notch. Or yaha par kaam chalau hi hota h kaam. Or result aadipurush hai sabke samne
It was totally amazing but I think if you'll add slo-mo in the jump scene, it'll look better, as same as when you added slo-mo in Shang chi's flip scene, I hope it'll look better, and well I'm not a professional VFX artist and no hates

I don't understand the obsession with slo-mo these days.. action scene looks much much better in high shutter speed at 24 fps... the slo-mo can never generate adrenaline rush
and also the lighting in his talkinf head part of the video... what was he doing with his lights?? creating racoon eyes???

The main reason Adipurush's VFX seems off is because the live-action footage doesn't blend with the CG characters and CG environment. And also, sometimes the light logic does not match up with the entire story. I think to make a movie great, we can't focus on one thing; visual storytelling, CG elements, lighting, and VFX must convey what the mood makers want to achieve or what they want to show the viewer. We also can't put elements from different movies together. In my opinion, it could be simple medieval logic. like "Heros of Bronze" by Mertin Klekner.
Bhai graphics ko adjust kr lete bhai shree Ram ji ke naam pe pr problem is not with VFX but with whole story is off from real ramayan

Bhai adipurush ka vfx bhi thik thaa accha lag rha tha 3d main, main issue story changes thhe , aajkal agar koi adipurush ki kisi chiz ki tareef kar de toh log use gali dene lag jate hai.
Now this movie's concern is beyond VFX.But yeah good job
