outside India, there are youtube channels such as corridor digital that analyses film and VFX so that people can learn, there is no ego and there is no hate from the people working on those films, that's because they are all humble and eager to learn, whereas in India all these people from VFX industry can even take honest criticism, they think they know everything and a mere youtuber do not have any rights to criticise, total crab mentality among Indians, that's the reason why all these VFX houses are 10 years lagging behind ILM and weta digital.
Im currently working in DNEG and i feel theres no one stopping to learn create and showcase your art on youtube. Even after if my channel has a lot of subscribers, and filmakers and some rivals are jealous of my work. I would just ignore them, and keep spreading my knowledge among my subscribers.
