AVR feed to exciter, in case voltage will go down on main alternator due to any reason. AVR will supply more power to exciter to maintain output voltage on main alternator. If AVR feeding will cross setpoint than to safe exciter winding from extra supply. Fuse will blower or AVR will discunnent feeding to exciter

Bus bar low voltage is action of some thing like low RPM, You have to check engine side why under rpm. If rpm are ok then can the excitation fail, may be lose connection etc

Electrical checks on the AVR - Check that all connections have been made properly as shown in the attached wiring diagram. - Check that the ST3 frequency selection jumper is on the correct frequency setting. - Check whether the ST4 jumper or the remote adjustment potentiometer have been connected. - Optional operating modes. • ST1 jumper : open to connect the R 731 or R 734 3-phase sensing module. • ST2 jumper : open if rapid response time used • ST5 jumper : open to suppress the LAM function. • ST9 jumper : closed with AREP, open with PMG. Open switch (D) : the excitation current should increase to its preset ceiling, remain at that level for ≥ 1 second in AREP or 10 seconds in PMG and then drop to < 1A. To reset, switch off the power supply by opening switch (A). Reconnect the AVR to the alternator and adjust the reference voltage via P2 to obtain the rated voltage {if not the entire module of R448 AVR must be replaced}

There was under voltage (330) in my 40 kva DG. I put 12 volt on F1 ,F2 . Than DG voltage was 480 which is over voltage. What should i do?
You can adjust voltage from AVR by rotating voltage knob on AVR
If i want to reduce the voltage, to what direction should I rotate the knob

What are the values of f1 and f2 ?
For testing purpose, you can give 10v or 12 volt and then check voltage on generator terminal
