- This week we are working on our CJ7 rear triangulated 4 link suspension build with a bunch of parts from Barnes 4WD. The upper triangulated 4 link rear suspension should be a pretty good setup for the rock crawling we will be doing with this rig.
Subscribed - Love the pipe work on the back, once the diff is sprayed it will look great!

You sure do. It's going to be a little while but don't worry, it hasn't gone any where. With one of us being deployed this youtube stuff is a lot more difficult. We haven't forgot about the XJ though.

Really debating on how I want to set up my suspension on my rig. All in a planning stage right now
We thought about how we wanting to do ours to the point of overthinking. Just dive in and do it, its not to bad. We have 2 more videos on the subject as well if your interested.
@@SWActiveExplorers cool, I'll look into those a bit. I want mine to be a trail rig that's somewhat streetable haha, so it will probably vary a bit from your approach, but it never hurts to learn more!

Any Drawbacks on adding a triangulated 4 link on a road driven rig? I recently ordered the RK kit for the new Broncos and am curious as to any downsides with this type of system.
I'll be honest this rig has hit the back burner due to life circumstances and it has not been finished or road driven yet. I personally am not aware of any drawbacks to driving on the road with such a setup... however I am by no means an expert. Sorry we are unable to be of any more assistance. Hopefully someday this rig will get drug out of the back corner of the garage and finished however for now it's going to continue to sit and catch dust for a while. Thanks for reaching out though.
