Thank you for saving us many $$$ for either a repair bill or new purchase. My wife had told me that she thought she heard something like a loose nut or bearing sound when the dryer was on. Also the AF light illuminated. We used your video and found the loose nut and the belt just as you described. The only difficulty was getting the belt back on. What worked for us was to place the belt on the bolt first, remove the stick holding the blades from turning and then just rolling the belt on the fixed wheel. One hour and we are still married!!! Thank you very much for taking the time to produce this video.

This was my last resort and it’s still happening 😭 I’ve had my vents cleaned, shortened the hose, cleaned the lint trap, done this, made sure it wasn’t crushed. I’m so frustrated 😭😭😭

Maybe it's the sensor that is bad. If it's completely clean.

All you did is clean it ? We have a bravos XL been doing it since day one.... I even put a new dryer vent line

It doesn't even look like you took much stuff out causing a blockage. I'm guessing just removing and reinstalling the vent fixed it

Yep. Even a small amount past the lint trap can throw error codes and even a small pinch of glitter (aka Craft Herpes) can cause all sorts of issues.

My son had knocked a bunch of clothes off in front of my dryer and that was what was causing my error code.

My whirlpool cabrio dryer has showed the f22 error code. The dryer would start for a minute then stop instantly. Do you know how to fix this?

That's pretty common issue and it's the result of a clogged lint filter. Pull the lint filter out and inspect the hole, it should be clean. If it is, disconnect the dryer vent from the back and see if the error persists. If the error is still there, the clog is between the lint trap and the lower exhaust. If this makes the error go away, the clog is in the exhaust vent tube. I hope this helps!
