I just got this board yesterday and after watching this video, I was going to make one, but I noticed in the booklet, the instructions say to follow steps 1-6 for making the regular box, but those steps include scoring on the diagonal, which you don't do for this type of box. I have all the other punch boards, but bought this one because of having the extension for scoring that my original envelope board doesn't have. I also noticed that most of the measurements have been changed. The paper sizes are bigger and the score lines have changed. Was this because of user's suggestions? Thanks, your videos are great, and I love the board.

+Kathie Bendinelli We're sorry you weren't replied to sooner! Yes, the measurements do slightly differ between boards due to product improvements.

It seems to me she's a little confused about what she's doing. The instructions don't make sense, because she's doing it a different way than the instructions, but not showing what you would normally do. and then do it her way.

Kathie Bendinelli just do it the way she did it.

This is my opinion. There is a difference between the boxes (the one on the book and the one she's making) the diagonal score from the book is made to fold the sides flaps instead of cutting them, so the box can open up like a flower... And that's okay for bigger boxes, but in smaller ones when you fold them the flaps get in the way of the content of the box, so it makes sense to paste them...

Hi, my 123 came with a separate sticker sheet with additional sizes. I can't find any videos that demo how to measure some sizes, for example and a L bow on the sticker chart it says you need a paper width of 3.2? What does that mean? where can I find how to measure that? Please advise.

Hi! The additional sticker is for metric measurements. The one on the board when you get it is for standard measurements. If we can be of any further assistance please contact our customer service team via email here: info@americancrafts.com. They’re open Monday-Friday from 8-5pm US mountain time.

I just got one but mine is white. Is there a difference between the white and the gray one?

      Only the color.

Hello! Yes, the color is the only difference.

Or you can notch two edges and punch a hole for the other 2 .so you tie it nicely

Me again, has anyone really looked at the measurements on the 123 punch board? maybe I am doing something wrong, but I was trying the very last one of the box measurements, that is 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 x 4 1/2 using paper size 8x8. This makes a box 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 x 1 7/8. I think this is suppose to be 12 inch paper. Some of the other sizes won't work with the directions for the favor boxes unless you use the diagonal score line as the sides are overlapping.

you say, come around to the opposite flap, for the ribbon, but it's not the opposite side. also you say usually you would do it different, but I do it like this??? what's the right way. you don't explain things very well and nowhere does it say cut the box, you cut 2 slots, for what, and what if you hadn't made the cuts? I'm sorry, but I find all your videos difficult to watch, it seems like your not sure what your doing.just my opinion.
