Hi 👋🏽, right now I’ll say I’m comfortable but would be ok losing 10 more pounds. I am doing 3x a week hiit class and also 30 minute walking. I do an incline of about 10 most days. Eating I just really watch out for heavy carbs like bread and sugars. I still eat good but am heavy on portion control and hydration. I still fast most days but not on purpose anymore, but I do make sure to eat a bit more on workout days I find myself starving lol. I hope that helps 🥰 I’ll probably do a shorts vid like before and after soon🥰
