I personally just don’t like the new animation yes it’s smooth but it became too cartoon ish for example when Bubble Bass melts. That’s not how SpongeBob is normall only the sponge can do those cartoonish movements but now every character can do it and it’s just personally loss its original style.

Obviously nothing beats the first three seasons of the show, but Post-Sequel SpongeBob is incredibly charming and also incredibly innovative. I always look forward to seeing all the crazy and creative concepts they come up with for episodes.
