The interior of the red temple was so richly and beautifully decorated. The boat tour looks relaxing although the roofed version is better if it's the middle of the day because of the heat.

I got an idea while watching... 💡 the boat ride was cheap, so I might try and rent one for an entire day and cruise around with the skipper as my new friend and tour guide eating and drinking all day 😉 might even do that with a taxi driver ... these kinds of new friends can come in handy 🤔

In the Bible they're called idols and false gods like the golden calf the Israelites made while Moses was on the Mount receiving the Ten Commandments. Me personally, I'd stay far away from that stuff. That's bad medicine.

As for the mussel dish, it normally comes with a red sauce. The sauce is a mix of sweet chilli sauce and sriracha sauce.
