Periodical “AYA'S HONEST ASSESSMENT OF THE LIST OF RESTAURANTS YOU SHOULD GO TO”
    Patreon of Aya's Food Adventures: / 4minutejapanese
This is Aya from Food Adventures.
I introduce all-you-can-eat, hotel buffet, and hot restaurants around Tokyo.
This time, I would like to introduce you to a few all-you-can-eat crab and seafood restaurants in Tokyo.
The first one we introduced is Crab Shrimp and Oyster located in Akasaka.
This restaurant is a Served a-la-carte buffet.
    There are various all-you-can-eat courses.
We chose the all-you-can-eat oyster, shrimp sashimi, and crab all-star course.
The all-you-can-eat course comes with 5 dishes specified by the restaurant.
    One drink order is required.
Time limit is 120 minutes with 90 minutes last order.
    Minimum of 2 persons.
    Reservations required.
Dishes are served quickly and you can eat quite a lot.
Recommended if you want to enjoy your meal slowly at your seat.
The second is GOZZO, located on Ueno-Hirokoji.
Prices have changed and new courses have been added since January 2024.
All-you-can-eat crab directly from Sakaiminato in the San'in region.
Sashimi, yakitori, side dishes, and other Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes are all-you-can-eat buffet style.
In addition, fresh fish such as San'in specialty Nodoguro and sandfish are available, and barbecue is also available.
A wide variety of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available for all-you-can-drink.
The interior of the restaurant is decorated with quaint San'in-style items and is very unique and enjoyable.
The staff will carefully teach you how to handle the crabs, so even first-timers can enjoy themselves.
It is an all-you-can-eat buffet where you can take as much as you like.
The time limit is 120 minutes.
It is a very homey restaurant.
You can feel free to use the restaurant even if you are alone.
    Reservations are recommended.

I am actually thankful I am nowhere near Japan. I am on a diet and this makes me want to hop on the next flight over. Now I have a goal to work for! Thank you for bringing another excellent video of this feast!

For all you can eat at Gozzo, are all crab snow crab or red snow crab?
Also, comparing Gozzo and rokkasen at Shinjuku, Which one do you prefer?
    Thanks.

The all-you-can-eat crab at GOZZO is red snow crab. Unfortunately, I have not been to Rokkasen yet.

    Great video, あやさん
But that first restaurant feels a little cost-prohibitive...and the explanation of that menu,...yikes! I can't ever imagine going back a 2nd time, no matter how amazing the food looked.
This second place's cheaper option is really tempting.
My main issue is that 蟹は食べにくいですね。そうと思います。一回食べるだけもういいと思います.I don't think I could go through that labour more than once.
Please tell me the カニクリームコロッケ was amazing!
I remember a show called どっちの料理ショー. Are you too young to know that show? They had an episode featuring カニクリームコロッケ vs. I think メンチカツ I fell in love with カニクリームコロッケ ever since.
You can't find it here in Toronto Canada though. Not like the ones in Japan.

      Hello sujoy.
The first restaurant would be quite expensive with additional options. In Japan, all-you-can-eat seafood restaurants are few and expensive.
The second restaurant is very affordable because it includes all-you-can-drink including alcohol.
Crab is delicious but it takes time to eat.
Thank you in Japanese. I am impressed!
Wow - you watched a Japanese program!! (I'm impressed again)
どっちの料理ショー seemed to be a very popular show. I have seen it on youtube of cooking.
I can't decide between crab cream croquette vs. menchikatsu.
      It's so hard to decide...(lol)
Please enjoy a lot of delicious crab cream croquettes when you come to Japan.
Thank you so much for your support.

In Japan it is also not cheap, one coarse is about 80-100 USD.

      Thanks again for your support.
Seafood is expensive in Japan too. There are few restaurants that offer all-you-can-eat. Crab is especially expensive food.

Are you saying 1 person can’t go to this 1st seafood buffet?? Thanks in advance

      Sorry for the late reply.
I checked with the restaurant and the basic minimum is 2 people, but depending on the day of the week and time of day, it is also available for one person.
I recommend you to call the restaurant directly.
I think you should choose a relatively empty time such as lunch time on weekdays or in the evening.

Thanks for checking with the restaurant. I have never heard of a buffet turning away people until know and not surprised if there was a place it would be Japan
