    Why JAMM?
    -Safety
-Maintain pressure at the manufacturer’s recommended levels
    -Ease of tire maintenance
-Takes the drudgery out of checking and filling tires
    -Existing technology can be used
    -Integrates with TPMS systems
    -Maximize fuel economy
-Get more out of each gallon of fuel or watt of electricity
    Feasibility - cost
-No other ATIS device is available for the automotive industry
    The JAMM Valve
-The heart of the Automatic Tire Inflation System (ATIS) system
    -A wheel-mounted mechanical pump
-Injects a tiny amount of air into the tire with each revolution of the wheel
Integrate directly with current Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS)
    TPMS Facts
-The expected 90% of drivers responding promptly to a TPMS low pressure tire warning did not materialize as anticipated
-Driving dangers increase especially in the following situations
    1. Extreme weather
    2. Cold winters
    3. Hot summers
    4. Nighttime
    Under-Inflation Facts
-Increases likelihood of crashes due to:
    1. Skidding and/or loss of control
    2. Hydroplaning
    3. Increased stopping distance
    4. Flats and blowouts
    5.Overloading

I’m a transportation engineer and have lost much hair trying to think of a cartridge system. But this makes simple sense. This system should be configured to be used only during reverse travel much like drum brakes adjustmenting themselves while braking during back up. You’re on to something Lad.👍

Not saying this doesn’t have challenges but it’s a very nifty idea.

Sounds like it will create a loud clicking noise when being used.

Adding a solenoid actuator that is either triggered by the emergency light or selected independently through a selector switch, this has conceptual viability. Obviously some potential hold ups but I know many people who would pay to back the R&D if you can display real life use case on top of this proof of concept.

How does it know when the tire is full? How do you stop it from over inflation ?

So it will keep pumping non stop because is gonna solve the problem if the tire has a nail puncture.

Lol, that's not going to create a heck of a irritating noise as you drive down the road at all. XD
It's like when you were young, and place a playing card on the fork of your bicycle, that goes grrr when you ride it, making it sound like you have an engine. But this will just be a louder, metal to metal sound, x 4. Hilarious. And let's not even get into the fact that you can't drive above a certain speed, because at some point that interaction between this little JAMM valve, and its pin that pumps it, will literally turn into a little collision, which will just either rip off the pin, or the complete JAMM valve.
This "system" makes about as much sense as a woman suffering from full blown PMS. But thanks for the laugh, it was great. XD

My guess is, Mier, that you have built very little in your life but this isn’t the first time you’ve mocked somebody else’s creations. I do see problems with this device but it is nonetheless quite clever.
