Just an idea. Jimmy has the back shop/ storage area. What if you turns that into the fab area and just used the big shop has started and minor projects. Like move two lifts to the back with spoons gear. You could put a door up. Heat and cool it much cheaper than the big shop and keep some dust off the other cars.
Great idea but honestly at this point Jim and the boys are beginning to outgrow the shop. Time for either a bigger shop or some triple stackers to get a few more cars off the ground imo.
