Found out today that at 34 years old, I’m at high risk of stroke or heart issues due to cholesterol. So I’m here to bookmark some cool looking workouts to fix my life 👍🏼 all my favourite BP songs too = perfect motivation!
Sorry about that! I wish you a quick recovery. But only sports won't do it. You need to eat "right"...check your nutrition🤗😊. It's about 80-90% part of being healthy. High fructose syrup and sweeteners and also fried food is very unhealthy and the 2nd one can cause cancer and unreversable damage to your gastrointestinal tract. Fast food shouldn't be part of your nutirtion eather.
Cook your own food. Eat vegetables, froots, eggs, nuts, linseed oil has good fats, beef, chicken, home made bread, rice, couscous, things like that.

Sorry to hear that. I am 48 and was diagnosed with high cholesterol eight months ago. I managed to get it down through exercise and diet. I’m trying my best to avoid medication. So far so good. Nobody on my mother’s side makes it past 60. Heart attacks are a deadly killer in my family. Thank goodness for Joe and all other fitness influencers that I follow. They make it fun.

Stopped about 5 minutes in because this was my second workout video this morning and all the jumping was killing my knees… rolled my eyes at myself 30 seconds after turning it off… turned it back on and modified the jumping portions. DON’T BE DONE UNTIL IT’S DONE!
Had a month off after an asthma flare up, and I always start back up with Your workouts after some time off instead of lifting because they’re just SO FUN!!!

Hello! I workout with your videos for only two months and I have gone down two sizes and 20 centimetres around waist even through I do these workouts 3/4 times a week! The key to this change was moving my body more with you and eating "with brain" (more vegies, less sugary drinks and sweets, smaller servings than usually, quit starving myself). I fell in love with movement and now I finally understand I do it for myself to be healthy (losing weight to look good is great bonus!). I never want to give up on moving and feeling great again! Thank you so much for sharing these videos with us and making us pretty and healthy! ❤

i try to find other kpop workouts some times so i don’t watch all the ones you post cos im on a long weightloss journey (trying to lose 100 lbs. 25 down so far) but literally no one else makes it as fun and engaging as you do. not only do you make sure we’re working every part of our bodies, but you’re making all the moves fun and easy to follow. like sometimes i’ll be halfway through these workouts and i’ll be like damn im so tired i want to stop then your next move will just be too fun to pass up and i always find myself staying till the end to complete the workouts. Thank you so much for your service frfr you’re so amazing.

Started working out to your beginner playlist a week ago and I'm already 1.5 kgs down. I'm on a calorie deficit diet too. I hope I'm able to reach my goal body through these!
28 Sept Update: almost a month since I started my workout and I'm down 3kgs and an inch around my stomach.

@@cryswashington Hey, I haven't been able to workout since October but during the time i wrote this comment, it was 1-2 videos totalling around 40 minutes, once a day for like 6 days a week.
I was also on a calorie deficit , nutritious diet .

@@diamondd8638 Her usual video doesn’t have camera angle changed I assumed. Her usual work out is a head to toe straight shot and that's it.
@@diamondd8638 for me I found it hard to follow. I know when something changes it’s a new move but in this case it’s the same move just knew angle. So it just gets confusing. Too much happening. I still love her and her videos though.

Same here! This popped up and I was already a sweaty mess...but ended up being a fun ending to a good workout.
This was a fun workout. I literally just woke up so it was a little intense. I workout daily for at least 40 mins to 2 hours. And this was intense to me. I feel like it was sorta a hit workout. I loved it and I know you will too. Thanks Jo for always showing out and putting out fun and effective workouts. I've lost over 50 pounds in 4 monthes doing GWJ workouts.

Jo, I love you and all of your workouts! The constant change of camera angles was a little chaotic and made it more difficult for me to keep up. I hate to even write that because I don't want you to feel like I'm criticizing you. You are amazing, I may be just be too old to deal with the changing visuals.

I agree. It can be hard for me to figure out how to do the moves in the best of times (not a dancer and have never been great with spatial awareness/coordination), so the camera angle changes could make this too challenging for me to follow. It’s too bad because dance workouts are my favourites from Jo! The lighting seemed a little dark as well, which makes it difficult to see exactly what to do. It’s too bad because I really think this workout looked fun and challenging!
I know these are growing pains for Jo and she’s always great! Giving feedback is important so she knows what works and what doesn’t.
