The only other time I can remember this happening is K-Much, Crayon Pop's brother group at the time with their song "Good To Go" that was basically another version of "Bar Bar Bar"

I have to wonder if that's a little bit what their company was going for when they debuted them with this concept. Still 1000000% glad they switched them to being Dreamcatcher, though. This generic cute sound does nothing for me, but Dreamcatcher's sound is right in my wheelhouse.
The music, they release under Dreamcatcher (including covers) should be evaluated from the point of view of art and its values, without relying primarily on the entertainment industry.. I think this is one of the main reasons why they are underestimated in Korea - people try to see something familiar and entertaining in them, while missing everything else that is embedded in the music (seriously, I so want the instrumentals of all their songs - they are wonderful in themselves)
