Her own artifact is still best for her. But if you don't have this p2w artifact, Candlestick is also not a bad choice.

Her S3 wording makes it sound like her cool down should reduce at the start of every turn, not just the start of the caster's turn, but it doesn't work that way. They should clean up that wording. Aside from that, she's been fantastic. A great GW nuker aside from Dorvus and Lethe.
