I just watched Pooja Sharma's version of Draupadi today. I have been waiting for Roopa Ganguly ji's entry in the 1988 Mahabharat. I was so moved by Pooja's performance that I was crying while she was delivering her lines. She lived that moment. The fear in Dhritarashtra's eyes, the anxiety in Gandhari's appeals and the tears of the Pandavas added boost in that scene. She was so fabulous. FABULOUS.

@X Factor Jo aapne kaha wo bilkul sahi hai. BR Chopra ki direction realilistic hai. Ye bhi sach hai ki 90s ya 20s mein hone se itihas nahi badal jaati. But honestly kahu, 90s ke pictures ki quality hi aisi thi ki har show realistic lagti hai including Mahabharat & Ramayan. But abhi 21st century ki pictures ki quality itni developed hui hai ki dekhne mein toh acchi lagti hai but 90s ki tarah realistic nahi lagti. The actors in this serial lack that Energy which is needed That Energy, that Rage, that charisma, that Vibe can be seen in the StarPlus Mahabharata! I was looking for this comment.. To add more I want to say that over makeup and over acting has taken away the charm.. Low energy and below average acting by pandavas.. It seems that in every scene they are not even trying to deliver the best.. They have a line and beyond that they cannot express and act..

Both of them is suitable for these 2 roles. They have just nailed their characters. Praneet bhatt has also nailed as mamashri shakuni. Star plus mahabharat casts are outstanding however suryaputra karn's casts are not as good as star plus ones but they have tried their best.

This portrayal of all characters was a dud. None of actors looked as good as the one in the Star Plus Mahabharat. It’s more like a Bollywood version. The 2013 Star plus Mahabharat was so beautiful and aesthetic, you could actually feel the emotions over there. This is plain absurdity. Pooja Sharma is literally the best actor, she breathed Draupadi and her aura was so beautiful. Nothing compared to it.
Not only Pooja, all others were mindblowing - Shaheer as Arjuna, Saurabh Raj Jain as Krishna and everyone else - In 2013 one Nakula and Sahadeva also had better roles

Nima Laki I don’t even think we should be comparing the actors, this series just showed us the good and positive side of Karna, and he had no problem when the cheerharan was happening. And the cheerharan sequence here has very similar dialogues, I know the creators are same, but when 2013 Mahabharat made such an impact, the writers should’ve made something better.
