1 Banana and 2 slices of bread! I've never had such delicious banana FRENCH TOAST
Ingredients and recipe:
1 ripe banana
Mash the banana with a fork
1 egg
Mix well
1/2tsp ground cinnamon
1/2tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Mix well
Medium heat
1tbsp unsalted butter
Melt the butter in the pan
2 slices of bread
Coat both sides of each slice of bread in the batter
Place in the pan
Fry for 2 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2 minutes
Done!
