When you’re checking for your shadow, Shinys that you could’ve gotten, I got a shadow shiny Machop the only one I didn’t want, and it was my first battle I did against the leaders

I have 5 I believe with the go fest one being level 40 already. But I have 500 out of about 1500 rare candy to max the rest. These things are so damn expensive dust wise too.
So I saved up an old super rocket radar to try and get 2 shadow mewtwos this time around. I was only able to play for a few minutes though, and didn't even find my first Giovanni before the event ended, so I thought I missed out on the new quest. Luckily, after I finished the old research quest, it gave me the new one, even after the event had ended. So if you missed the event window, you can still get your research and your extra radar; I just assume you needed to log in during the event at some point. Downside is I'll have to wait to TM away the frustration.

Shadow Mewtwo #1 for raiding, but for pvp (which rocket encounters are technically) not so good

I just started playing Pokémon go, like2-3 weeks ago when I was in Hawaii, been playing since and only got 1 shadow mewtwo with decent iv’s so I can’t wait till the next time he’s back
You can do the research and hold onto the Super Rocket Radars and hold them until you want a desired shadow legendary
If you have the radar and the research you can still get shadow Mewtwo now. My son just caught him yesterday. He can't make it forget frustration but still caught it.

Dang I couldn't do that, let my rewards stack up lol. I collect my super rocket radars and just choose not to use them and stack them up. Works the same way and you don't have to worry about digging for them months later.

I just started playing again last played in 2017 and I can't go to next quest , step before i catch 5 exeggcutes I know they are in high grass and ind the grass lures but why ain't they spawning in the green lure even once or in grass tell me why it won't appear.
good news: its comming in like a week with the move breaking swipe (was expecting mega rayquaza which would fit perfectly with hoenn tour but i guess this is ok too)

Is there any way to get the old research quests? My account has been active since 2018 but I didn’t play from 2019 until this summer. When logging on, I had a couple of new to me but old research quests. But I see soooo many more on other peoples accounts that I don’t have.
Some appear after you clear certain research but most are time locked meaning you had to login during a certain window to claim it. So yes to a few no to most.

I wound up with 5 in total, couple are OK the other 3 are garbage. I managed to exploit the glitch completely by accident through getting super rocket radars through old research I didn't yet complete.

Kept telling my friend who is kinda a new player to not get a Shadow Latios (I’ve been playing since 2017) and he didn’t listen to me. Now he has a Shadow Latios and I have a Shadow Mewtwo! Idk how but I used silent schemes to get latios the first time around, saw a video saying not to use the super rocket radar for latios and never did Field Notes team go rocket until shadow mewtwo came…and when I was suppose to get Ultra Beast Protection Efforts…I got field notes team go rocket again on the 1st page… idk if theres some glitch but ig its a win win
Edit: after doing the 1st page it recorrected itself
Before starting the game, disable GPS. This will prevent the balloon from appearing. Then you can equip/unequip radars as needed.

My game glitched on my 4th mewtwo and deleted my radar. After contacting niantic (with a little spamming) they actually got back to be before the event ended
I also did that using the johto tour shadow quest and got 2 mewtwos
I wished I didn’t use it for latios even though my one is a Hundo

by seeing what pokemon it is and if he dosent want it he dosent need to catch it
you got to see how good the pokémon is. if it’s not very good, your better off saving it for a better shadow legendary
@@doorhandlee so even if you defeat Giovanni, and see it be a latios, and you don't want it, wait for a different SL(shadow legend) to appear, and that same radar can be used again to fight him and the pokemon will be different?
If so, then I'll save all my gio radars (when I get more) and wait for a good pokemon to appear then use them all to get a team of them
@@KingOfDoom55 no. Im pretty sure that after you start the battle with giovani, if you back out you lose the radar and don’t get the legandary. I’d say watch a youtube video to see what legendary giovani has, and deduce whether it’s good or not before you battle him
@@KingOfDoom55 no if you fight him you will use the radar regardless if you catch or not, just check RUclips or google what Pokémon it is and if it’s any good before you fight him.

Did a mewtwo raid in Mexico City in 2021 and got a shiny mewtwo, did 1 single Giovanni with mewtwo and it was a max attack shadow mewtwo. I have 4 gio radars and I’m waiting for rayquaza
