I know this is kinda late but I saw Hamilton live in person in New York, and let me tell you, if you thought the production on camera was good, it is so so much better in person it was amazing the lights the volume of the music it was awesome I would love to see it live again.
I just saw it in Boston in Feb. I was sitting in the dress circle of the theater (so best seats in the house) & I couldn’t agree with you more being in the theater watching it live is next level. The sets, lights, & energy you can only get in live theater is amazing! The sound of the orchestra playing is breathtaking! One part stood out w/ the sound live, when you hear Phillips heartbeat after the duel, my husband I both was so overwhelmed by the emotion at that part and when it was over the silence was painful. Such an amazing show! I’m a theater geek that has seen a lot of shows and this is definitely in my top 5

The direction and choreography here are fire. In the beginning everything is chaotic and Washington moves through it knowing he needs help. Once Hamilton comes on board everything starts to line up behind Washington in perfect order. Unified. ❤ ✿❧🌿❧✿ ❤
Watch the next three songs on Disney plus! The first song, stop it when they start to say”aye aye aye” And then Helpless, the second song... you’ll be able to tell when that’s over. Then satisfied, you’ll be able to tell when that’s over too!! Hope that helps!
@Colt - C.Jack started on Broadway in 'The Lion King', eventually taking over the role of Simba, after that he played leading parts in 'After Midnight', 'Bronx Bombers', 'Holler If Ya Hear Me', 'Memphis', and several other smaller parts/shows. In Lin-Manuel Miranda's first musical 'In the Heights' he was the lead love interest Benny (and had a small cameo as a different character in the 2021 'Heights' movie -- also on Disney+ !), then did Washington here. This role got him nominated for a Tony Award (though Daveed Diggs won it that year for Lafayette/T.Jeff). After that, CJ was the singing voice of Chief Tui in 'Moana', is now playing Chunk on the TV series 'Bull', and has played small parts in many other TV shows and films. He released an R&B album called 'In The Name of Love', and has also written songs for 'Sesame Street,' 'Electric Company', and several other recording artists. His voice is so grand and warm and wonderful, all of his things deserve a listen!
I love Right Hand Mand so much! And I'm also team watch the whole thing and then post it split in different videos. You'll probably notice and enjoy the music themes and motifs, and the story is sooo good.
I'd watch the whole play at once, because chopping it up kind of ruins the experience. Then post videos in order. This musical is phenomenal. Don't wreck you're enjoyment of it to make videos.
Yeah, it’s easier to catch the throwbacks to earlier references and repeating melody and lyrics that are used throughout the show too…even if you record it all and release it piecemeal. 👍🏻
As a Brit one of the biggest mistakes we made was not promoting Washington. He was isolated in society what a hudge mistake ! But Washington was not a great general. He could see the bigger picture. He was more like the perfect field marshal. He controlled the board and delegated battles to those he knew he could trust. A very good number shows Washington’s true strengths he was the master of the chess ♟️ board. He was always one move ahead, knew defeat was unavoidable until he built up his strength and sweep us off the board. Sadly a lesson America 🇺🇸 had to relearn. In Vietnam they won nearly every battle but lost the war.
I agree you'd enjoy it better in one sitting. The transitions between some songs are fun. But feel free to stop between songs and "ramble on". Listening to your perspective is part of the fun. Just chop it up how you like after the fact. Don't worry about intros and outros, we just want to enjoy the show with you.
I enjoyed your reaction to this! I am a new subscriber and have been really enjoying your reactions to Pentatonix and based on checking out your posted videos and interests I would love to see you react to Voice Play. Voice Play is an amazing acapella group that is from Orlando Florida and the members have worked for Universal and/or Disney so they have a different, very theatrical approach to acapella music. I would recommend checking out Voice Play's "Hoist The Colours" from Pirates Of The Caribbean or their "Little Mermaid Medley" for starters.
man, it's great to find a full recording of each live song on youtube without any annoying "reacter" constantly pausing and commenting and giving his opinion. Finally i can watch the whole musical uninterrupted with only a couple giggles in the middle 🥰i don't get why that guy is just staring up there though, he should really say something other than "wow i like this"
A little late, but the girl who dies at the beginning from that moment is known as "The Bullet", and her character serves as a harbinger of death. If a character talks or interacts with her, the character will die
watch them how you think you can enjoy it more! the ones reacting are most likely Hamilton fans already & we’d rather you enjoy it since it’s your first time watching, then post your reaction. 🤍
Christopher Jackson, as Washington, is underappreciated. He did get a Tony nomination for this but he's not as well lauded as the other main actors.
Hi kills it on “One Last Time” though!
@@heidi_d Very much so.
The whole cast is phenomenal but I think he has the best voice....it has so much emotion and soul
@@heidi_d yes definitely so...probably one of my favorite songs
He’s definitely appreciated over here 😅😍
Washington is probably my favorite part of the show. He brings so much energy and delivers some of the most killer lines in the whole production
I know this is kinda late but

I am so sad to say, not the same quality in Miami's theater.

Definitely watch the movie in one go, then use the track list to help separate it into videos
Agreed!

2:32 got chills!
What's the name of the guy playing George Washington? He has probably some of the best performances out of the entire musical.
His name is Christopher Jackson.
@@ms_scribbles is he in a lot? He deserves to be in a lot

Loving your reactions! So glad you’re reacting to my two favorites: Hamilton and Pentatonix! Keep up the great work! 💛xo

I love Right Hand Man, is so exciting, all of it, is great! Well, all the songs in Hamilton are, but this makes me in a special mood hahaha...
I agree with most people! Watch the movie in one go and use the track list to chop it up into different videos!!! That’s perfect!
8:36 nice face, Chris xD
- yeah, Hamilton becomes Washingtons secretary (aide de camp)
A lot of these songs are inspired by famous rap artist like The Notorious B.I.G and many more.
I'd watch the whole play at once, because chopping it up kind of ruins the experience. Then post videos in order.
This musical is phenomenal. Don't wreck you're enjoyment of it to make videos.
Maybe I’ll consider that! Thank you

Also could u react to the opening number since u can do it on Disney plus?
Yay, from here we can watch in order, and yay, CHRIS JACKSON SONNNN

Because there’s not videos for all songs. For examples the next three.
Good luck with those copyright Gremlins. Appreciate the effort.

Except for the king. She delivers the news that John Adams is to succeed Washington to him, yet our mad king lives.
Also could you react to Julie and the Phantoms??? I have a playlist for u that’s perfect!!!
You should really watch the whole show at some point.
