This is only an issue with one number and it’s my mother.. whenever i put my phone to airplane mode or restart my phone, the first message I’ll send will go through but then it’ll go back to the error of message blocking is active, I don’t know what to do!

I just signed up with T-Mobile's Network pass..where they give you 3 months to try their network free of charge...and I;m having this issue with any friends that have android...It's definitely on T-Mobile's end. There is a thread about this on their Community forum. Called customer service 4 times and they are no help at all. They actually told me that with that free promotion T-Mobile doesn't offer text messaging lol
