Passion was there, but communication was very weird, aggressive at times from his side. His Mars conjunct my South Node in 3rd house.
Same here especially in the beginning but the communication was actually so weird and passive aggressive. I’m the south node and it felt like the mars(him) was constantly taunting me by playing these weird communication games.

I am Scorpio rising so Mars is my ruling planet. My mars is pretty healthy and my venus is trine his north node so it works for us really well.
I have this as a double whammy with someone: we each have Mars next to the other's South Node: we can really work together so great as bandmates!
We do boost eachother's drive to go after our passions and creative projects.
I wondered about this aspect and also thought about being "brothers in arms" in some way, shape or form in a past life :)

Actually had this with someone I only talked through social media, but there were still some elements you mentionned in the video. I was the Mars person and he was the South Node person.
1) The agressivity. I was agressive towards that person because he indeed pissed the hell out of me. I don't think he did that purposely at all, he was just being himself and I wasn't okay with it, it was bothersome and I was unable to make it stop or even tame it in the beginning. I tried to be understanding and making efforts to actually tame that monster in me, which worked ! A little, patience, learn patience lol ! Reminds me of this video of Kim Kardashian and her daughter North where Kim says " North is my lesson, it means that I need to learn more patience, she's teaching me patience " when North would say or do crazy/impulsive/unconsiderate things in front of the camera lol.
I could sense that there was also effort from his side, but I felt like he wasn't the kind of person I should tell everything I think or everything I feel, kinda like a huge lack of trust.
There was no friendship to begin with like you said at 4:46 , it was just regular texting but the way it started, it started in an ugly way as well, no hello no nothing XD just immediate ugly comment from both sides :D but it's fine because it brought me good energy as well, which I'll explain now.
2) I definitely felt active and *alive* when he'd suggest something. " You should do this, and try this " and i'd immediatly execute to the task, which honestly has been hella rewarding so I am thankful for that. It lunched me on a battlefield of life I can actually win, which again despite the uncomfort I still think it's a good encounter to have because it awakens the Mars person (knowing that my XD mars is in cancer, and in the 12th house so I rarely feel those kind of boosts of energy, passion and eagerness to accomplish something). I'd use the exact word you said " Feel secure in their mars " because it felt exactly like that :D !
And about working on a project, he actually was the project I would have liked to work on ! Just beautify and polish him so he could be greater than he already was. But :D it wasn't going to work because we both had something that pissed one another off.
We have this in Cancer. 9th house for me, 3rd for him. I am the mars, he is south node.
Interesting. I have this with my niece. She was the first kid of my siblings and she is like my own, Apple of my eye. We have lots of other aspects too however this is not the only one. Was such a proud first time auntie (still am but now she is already all grown up ☺️). I know we have past life stuff with each other as I’ve also had past life dreams about her. And I knew it was a past life dream as it was quite different from a regular dream.
Interestingly enough she has a life partner now with whom she has mars south node synastry as well, he has the exact same mars placement as I do. And on the other side they have mars north node, her mars and his north node this time. Come to think of it she also has south node mars with her mum, my sister, as we also share the same mars. Seems to be an important aspect in her life

I knew someone with his mars conjunct my south node but the thing is i have a stellium which is in Venus,Uranus,Neptune in the 10th so it means his mars also conjuncts those planets aswell. His moon also conjunct my sun.
He did in fact make me feel oppressed oddly enough anytime he was around I would be quiet weirded out and i always felt an unexplained unease or anger towards him. The littlest things he did would trigger me and it doesn’t help i have an Aries mars in 12th house. It’s sorta like at first he didn’t get why i had such animosity towards him but neither did i or couldn’t explain it i just had a certain feeling I couldn’t shake that I couldn’t trust him. Reading the description and my jaw dropped because it’s everything i felt all these years towards him and couldn’t explain why. Nobody else has that towards him .. well people are aware of his negative traits but they don’t feel the intensity I feel 😮 we had such strong chemistry and were actually very close in the beginning but he felt I was constantly overstepping his boundaries and I felt like he was constantly making me feel bad/angry. He also would say passive aggressive slick remarks and would nitpick at my insecurities that I hadn’t even told him about but it’s like he just knew. It’s a very strange dynamic because despite all of this there’s still this small amount of bittersweet soft love for eachother idk how to explain it. I’ve distance myself alot from him over this past year and plan to let go completely it brought out the feisty negative fighter in me because I felt I had to constantly be protecting myself from him even when I tried to be sweet and civil it still felt off and I tried ALOT for too long. This is so true also because I met another mars conjunct my south node but his Moon conjunct my NN and I HATED THAT PERSON LIKE ACTUALLY REALLY BAD.
My husband and I have been in relationship for 35 years, and it is steamy. We also have my Venus and Moon and Uranus and Pluto conjunct his Uranus and Pluto in his 5th house (all sextile Neptune).
I should have watched this one first or saved my comment for this one rather than the Chiron conjunct nn video. My Venus, mars, and Ceres in Scorpio on his sn has definitely given us a ton of sexual attraction, but we’ve done nothing with it. Instead, we’ve talked a lot and it’s pushed both of us to learn why we have such a magnetic attraction to one another. We’re both spiritual, more so me and he’s a bit more logical I guess. He came to me with hormonal reaction and pheromones thing, while I went to him with the astrology and soul connection thing. It’s been a learning experience. We have my Aquarius moon conjunct his sun (my 8th house, his 3rd) so we mesh pretty well from that aspect. But all this crazy stuff happening in Aquarius right now is really waking up the sexual tension between us. I’m a cancer rising, so my moon cycles can be pretty damn intense and it seems to be even crazier when any Aquarius stuff is going on

I met some one whose mars is in Scorpio and my south node is in Scorpio my south node is conjunction their mars and definetly I feel the attraction 😅 but I don’t know how they feel .our neptunes also conjunct each other !
Definitely as the Mars person in the 8th house...I had anger issues through out life esp in relationships and towards men.. I have this in leo conjunct his south node😅.. having Mars and vortex in his/my 8th house is intense already😂. He has Mars conj My nn in 9th trine my moon in Taurus. So let's just say I'm greatful for an exalted moon😅 . But 11 years on and physically off.. I'm finally not triggered by him, but I heard nn conj "Mars" person is still angry and triggered easily..
